The name INER IM is more than a company name. It is a tribute to my father, Iner Anderson, whose life, character, and values continue to shape the foundation of this firm.
My father was known for his integrity, humility, discipline, and unwavering dedication to his family and community. A lifelong educator and mentor, he believed success was not measured solely by financial achievement, but by the impact you had on the people around you and the reputation you built along the way. He believed business should create opportunity, support families, and leave people better than you found them. He always gave advice in the best interest of others, never for personal gain or personal agenda.
He showed up for the people he loved in every way possible, from countless sporting events and post-game phone calls to moments when guidance, support, or honesty were needed most. He believed in working hard, living honestly, maintaining balance, protecting your reputation, and building a life centered around trust, family, and purpose.
